Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramic pieces, slight variations and small imperfections may occur. These are considered part of the character of the object and are not regarded as defects.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-Unused

-In the same condition that you received it

-In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that once a Purco kit has been used, it cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product as part of our Free Worldwide Shipping offer.

If you decide to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
